Publication
Authors may choose whether to have their papers included in the proceedings, depending on their preferences. There are two options for presenters:
① Presentation Only (without publication)
If you choose to present your work at the conference without having it published in the conference proceedings, you will retain full copyright of your paper. This option is suitable for authors who wish to present their research but do not want to formally publish it through the conference.
② Presentation with Publication in the Conference Proceedings
If you wish to have your paper published in the official conference proceedings (which will be submitted to EI Compendex index), you need to transfer copyright and pay a publication fee.
Please note that conference participation and paper publication are handled separately.

Partnered journals
Higher-quality papers accepted by the conference can be invited to submit an extended version to one of the partnered journal. To qualify for the journal paper invitation, authors must significantly expand the conference paper to avoid duplicate submission concerns. The journal review process will incorporate feedback from the conference reviews to facilitate faster review; however, final acceptance remains subject to the journal’s editorial standards.
